No recovery, no fee
We’re paid a share of the money we actually win back — nothing else. Your biller is paid on everything; we’re paid only on recovery. That’s why the claims everyone else drops are exactly the ones we fight.
Verified, not asserted
Fees are triggered when the payer's money posts to your account, verified against your remittances. If a payer later claws a payment back, the fee is refunded.
No subscriptions, no setup, no minimums
No per-provider seats, no implementation fee, no monthly retainer. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing.
Your biller's cut is untouched
We only work claims your team has written off or can't get to. Your biller keeps their arrangement on everything they work.
The exact percentage depends on your specialty and claim mix, and is set in the agreement before any work begins. The free backlog review carries no fee and no commitment either way.

See what your center is owed
Send us your remit files and top payer contracts — BAA first; an 835 export from your PM system is all we need. You get a written audit back: the recoverable dollars we found, and exactly where each one comes from. If the number is small, you’ve had a free second opinion on your billing. Facility claims are where we start — surgeon-office professional-fee books get the same treatment.
Contingency pricing applies to commercial, Medicare, and workers’-compensation claims. Medicaid engagements are priced flat, as federal rules require. Prefer to estimate it yourself first?
